Nomination Guidelines

Nominees for the NIGERIAN REAL ESTATE &PROPERTY AWARDS must be a reputable real estate organization or government agencies who have made significant contributions to the Nigerian Real Estate sector under the year in review. If you know any organization who is deserving of the award, you can send in the nomination. Self-nomination is also allowed.


Voting Process

Having satisfied the requisite nominations criteria, every nominee will go through the voting process. This voting stage does not only help us to put together the final award recipients but also helps determine the influence of each recipients in their award category and the real estate & property sector.
